[Collector announcement: date, given as November 31st]; interviews with Send bell ringers - peals for special occasions (jubilees, weddings, funerals, calling out the Parson - not done in Send, but reference to the practice in Horsell); method and call change competitions; recruitment; ringing in other towers (including Ockham, Horsell and West Clandon). Principal informant is the Tower Captain. Recorded 30 November 1979.
