Description
Old sheep washing place on Apedale Beck ( Apedale, North Yorkshire). Sheep used to be dropped from the stone-walled croft near the stream and made to pass through deep water for a tubbing. Sheep grazing on high ground in the background. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0596 and LAVC/PHO/P0597. With ms. note.
