Description
This subseries, comprising a single file only, contains Christopher Sykes' article, 'The Last of the Wold Rangers', extracted from 'Country Life' (31 August 1972), pp. 504-505. The article focusses on Dog Geordie, the last of the nodamic farmworkers who roamed the Yorkshire Wolds from the 19th century onwards.
