Description
This subfonds contains provenanced and unprovenanced papers, created and collected by students, academics and other researchers and informants from outside the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies (IDFLS), i.e. those who are neither students of the Institute, nor connected with its teaching activities. The subject matter of the papers is diverse, covering various aspects of dialect, language and folklife. It is possible that some of the items in this subfonds were collected as part of the Folk Life Survey. The subfonds includes some items created before the establishment of the IDFLS and after its closure.
System of arrangement
Provenanced papers appear first in the subfonds, and are ordered alphabetically. Unprovenanced papers follow.
