Description

This series contains papers produced by Ingemar Liman for his Hill Grazing Questionnaire.

Biography or history

Ingemar Liman was appointed Lecturer in Folk Life Studies at the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies (IDFLS) in October 1964. He returned to Sweden, following the resignation of his IDFLS post on 31 December 1965, to take up the post of Intendant at the Open Air Museum at Skansen (Stockholm). He was instrumental in developing the Swedish Folk Museums course for British museum curators with Stewart Sanderson.
