Additional description
Ownership inscription Ben: Jonsonij on title-page. Bookplate of Rowland Egerton-Warburton (1804-1891) of Arley Hall, Cheshire, who records in an inscription facing the title-page that he cut out Jonson's signature for his autograph collection. A later owner has reinstated the Jonson signature on the title-page. MS. annotations on p.3, 6-7. Bound at end is an unidentied Latin work headed Ad lectorem (30p), signed 3K1-[3N3], prefaced by the MS. inscription Answear'd modestly . In folding case.
