Two full-page woodcuts of the Trees of Affinity and Consanguinity, the latter of which folds out, in the form of natural trees with branches. A third full-page woodcut is a plain diagram of circles and connecting bands.

Bindings
Nineteenth-century English binding of full dark brown morocco by Riviere & Son whose name is gold-tooled below the front pastedown. The board edges are gold-tooled with a single fillet and the turn-ins with double fillets. The book has gilt edges. The spine has two raised bands between which are gold-tooled the words: Andreas. Consanguinitatis - Nuremberg 1488. Size: 311 x 218mm. Leaf size: 309 x 211 mm.
Provenance
Black and gold leather book label on the front free endpaper: Ex Museo Huthii. From the library of Henry Huth (1815-1878), whose collection was sold between 1911 and 1920.
Coloured armorial bookplate of Sir Edward Allen Brotherton on the front free endpaper. The book was most likely acquired before 17 June 1929 when Brotherton was created Baron Brotherton of Wakefield.
