Each vol. has special t.p. Subject phrase on collective t.p. : Arkhitektura, Skulʹptura or Zhivopisʹ.
The vols. were issued to subscribers in numbered pts. with sequential pagination in illustrated wrappers. Wrappers gave instructions for placement of plates included in each pt. for those who wanted to bind their copies. In addition one thousand copies were issued in bound form only. The vols. were published out of sequence for one reason or another. Pages 1-104 only of v. 4 were published in 1914 [vyp. 23?]. No more published.
Original illustrated wrappers for separately issued parts by E. Lansere. Bindings for bound vols. designed by I.︠I︡A. Bilibin and M.V. Dobuzhinskiĭ.
