The index to vol. 1 has separate register. The index to vol. 2 is by Thomas Norton.
The paraphrase of Revelation is by Leo Juda, translated by Edmund Allen. Mark is translated by Thomas Caius, Luke by Nicholas Udall, John by Princess Mary with the help of Francis Malet; the others anonymous. The whole edited by Udall.
Printer's name from imprint to vol. 2, which reads: Imprinted at London in Fletestrete at the signe of the Sunne by Edward Whitchurch, the. ii. daye of Iune.... Anno Domini 1552.
The leaves in each volume are numbered consecutively throughout, and tables are added. The Paraphrase on Luke xxii ends with the words "... to putte Jesus to deathe ... " The NT text is printed in roman type.
