On t.p.: Gift Mrs Andrews. Oct. '25 Mounted newspaper cutting [1924 - Morning Post (London)] of article entitled: Chopin's favourite pupil ... In this little memoir which has been put together through the piety of Mrs Irene Andrews, of New York City - she was born a Filtsch and the boy was her uncle - are some photographic reproductions of the youthful Filtsch's compositions, one an Impromptu in G flat being a most remarkable essay in the Chopin style and bearing Chopin's corrections in his own handwriting
