Biography or history
Frazier, Rowland Wynne, Lieutenant, RNVR (Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve), attached to RNAS (Royal Naval Air Service), serving as an Observer in Salonika and captured in 1917. Served as a Barrister at Law.
