The maps are slightly reduced in size, but are otherwise very similar to those in Bowen and Kitchin's The Large English Atlas, containing practically the same historical notes and views of the cathedrals, also repeating the errors--Whitaker: The Harold Whitaker Collection... Univ. of Leeds, 1947, p. 49.
Maps have ornate title cartouches, with pastoral scenes.
