Description
This edition is printed from a new set of engraved plates. They may be identified by the plate-mark, which is half-an-inch beyond the border of each map instead of a quarter-of-an-inch, as was the case of the earlier impressions. Each map is now dated "July 1. 1809"--Whitaker: The Harold Whitaker Collection... Univ. of Leeds, 1947, p. 55.
