Verso t.p.: "This work may be bound up either with or without a set of maps forming a complete county atlas". When supplied with maps, they were reprints of those in Cooke's Topography of Great Britain, with plate numbers added.


Maps bound in between tables of cross roads and index, except the general map of England and Wales which appears before the title page.
