Title framed within a wide border containing a tree of the kings of England.


At foot of title: Cum priuilegio Regiæ maiestatis.


Short printed preliminaries, A-Y⁸, and also probably 3A-3Y⁸, 4O-4R⁸; Kingston printed 2A-2Y⁸; a third printer or compositor did 4A-4N⁸ (STC and addenda).


A variant of the edition with "vntill this present yeere 1600" in title.
