Collected by Richard Bellewe and sometimes cited by his name, as Bellewe's Cases temp. Henry VIII. Known familiarly, from its size, as Petit (or Little) Brooke, or "Petty Brook". cf. Soule's Lawyer's reference manual: Wallace's Reporters.
