One of an edition of 210 copies. MS. note attached to recto of 2nd free endpaper reads: 'This paper was used to binde [sic] books which escaped the fire at Ballantyne's', in Ricketts' hand. Initialled MS. inscription in pencil by Gordon Bottomley on recto of 1st free endpaper, 'Sent to me by Ricketts, February, 1915.' Deposited from the Brotherton Library
