Bound Spanish document referencing, "Gitanos," [Gypsy, Travellers & Roma]. Issued by Philip V, referring to Pragmatica published 14 May 1717 with 29 mandates; to Real Provision issued 4 February 1727, and to another issued 14 September 1731. Given in Madrid, 8 October, 1738.


Stamped at head of first and last page for despatch, with the Sello quarto , 1738


Concludes in italic: "Es copia de la Real Provision original de que certifico".
