Richard Overton (ed), "A Wartime Engagement: The 1916-19 Correspondence of Charles (Neville) Overton and Muriel Harpin", vols 1-2 (privately printed) (1997/2003-2003). Recorded at family Dinner party, Xmas 1975, the tape introduced by his daughter.

Biography or history

Overton, Charles Neville (1896-1986). 2nd Lieutenant, later Captain, serving with the 6th and 7th Battalions, King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment, at Gallipoli, 1915, and on the Western Front, 1916-1918.
