Biography or history

Riley (b 1892). Private, serving with the 9th Battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment; Enlisted in Nov 1914, and to France May 1915 (Rouen); With the 64th MGC (Machine Gun Corps) at the Battle of the Somme; Manuscript of experiences from enlistment in 1914, including being wounded twice ,until medically discharged April 1918; Poem written whilst on the Somme.
