Biography or history

Huggard, Bertram Harold (born [1894]). Family lived in Headingley, Leeds, from late 1890s. Joined Territorials in 1914 before outbreak of WWI. Called up 5 Aug 1914. 2nd Lieutenant, 8th Battalion, West Riding Regiment (Duke of Wellington), serving on the Western Front. MC (Military Cross). Married in Leeds, 4 Dec 1919. Subsequently disappeared.
