In this edition "against" is spelled incorrectly, and line 15 of the title is: "Their indictment; and upon their tryals twenty nine was fouud [sic] guil-". In another edition, "against" is spelled correctly, and line 15 of the title is: "Twenty nine were found guilty, and one acquitted".
Brotherton Collection catalogue suggests that this work is probably entered in Wing under "S. (T.)" in error, maintaining that it would appear to be quite different from the previous item, S151, which refers to an assize at Exeter, Sept. 14-15, 1685, signed T.S.
