A much fuller collection of the records of the Savoy conference, 1661, on the revision of the Prayer Book than is contained in "An accompt of all the proceedings of the commissioners of both perswasions... [etc.]", the compilation of which is attributed to Richard Baxter. Baxter was doubtless involved in the composition of these additional documents (NUC enters 2 copies under title, but a 3rd under Baxter with a note "Here are brought together Baxter's several writings relating to the Savoy conference") , but the actual compiler of this collection and the writer of the Preface is unknown: Defoe has been suggested but is not mentioned by Moore. The catalogue of Dr. Williams' Library considers the work to be a later edition of the "Accompt ... [etc.]", with new title-page and additions (Baxter is not mentioned in either case), but it is elsewhere treated as a separate work. The additions include Archbishop James Ussher's "Reduction of episcopacy".
