Dated at the end of the letter to the Lord Mayor, Reading Iuly 19. 1647.
Suggests release of those imprisoned under the laws against the Book of Common Prayer and non-attendance at church or chapel, unless proven Recusant or conspiring against the state. The Propositions and desires of the souldiery, concerning Col.Gen. Poyntz ends with "this is a perfect copy of the four heads or propositions presented to his Excellency from the Northern Party", and has very numerous misprints. The last letter refers to the London Militia.
