Biography or history
Dent, L M E (b 1888). Born in London and educated at Trinity College, Cambridge. Lieutenant and Major serving with the 6th Dragoon Guards, Captain with the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Regiment, and also with the Brigade Staff, 49th Division, XIX Corps, on the Western Front. Awarded Distinguished Service Order.
