According to Hazen: A biliography of the Strawberry Hill Press, the above was illicitly printed by Thomas Kirkgate, Walpole's Strawberry Hill printer, after the latter's death, probably in 1797; it exists in two states, this copy being Hazen's 'state a', with 'printed at Strawberry-Hill' above the Press's vignette on the title-page, and list of printers beginning with B. White.
