As in the copy described by Keynes (John Ray: a bibliography, 39), a leaf has been inserted between H3 and H4, with blank recto and "A table of land fowl" on verso, and another lead between Mm4 and Nn1, with blank recto and "A table of water-fowl" on verso. The two unnumbered plates are correctly bound to precede p. 29.
