Uniformly bound for John Tricks Spalding, whose monogram is inlaid on front cover, as vol.10 (lettered 'Letters and travels') of a 10 volume set consisting of Granger's 'Biographical history of England', 5th edition, 1824, (6 vols., extra-illustrated) and its continuation by Mark Noble, 1805 (3 vols., bound as vols.7-9)
