Keynes calls for an errata leaf inserted between Q7-8. The table ([R] according to Keynes, and not seen by him in copies of this variant) is in fact signed. All these leaves are included in pagination above.


Pp.76-77, 78-79, 84, 89, and 92 are wrongly numbered 66-67, 79-78, 48, 68, and 29 respectively.
