Biography or history

Ashby, A B. Lieutenant, later Captain, 5th Battalion, Queen's Royal West Surrey Regiment, serving on the Western Front. Discharged due to ill health and, as he had been a lawyer before the War, undertook Court Martial work for the War Office, Judge Advocates Office.
