First edition, second issue, with catchword 'Thou' at foot of p.3 cf. Rothschild 2052. Teerink (p.260) records 2 issues of the first (London) edition, one dated 1713, with catchword 'Thou' at foot of p.3, and one dated 1714, with no such catchword. This issue, although dated 1714, has the catchword, but otherwise agrees with Teerink's description of the first edition T 594.
