The interlude "Gentleness and nobility" was first printed, without date, by John Rastell with title: Of gentylnes and nobylyte. A dyaloge [in verse] betwen the marchant, the knyght, and the plowman... [London, 1535] It has been attributed to Heywood andto Rastell.
