A 1708 edition with this title is catalogued by the British Museum as a late edition of Crouch's 'Miracles of art and nature', 1678; but the latter work appears to cover a different field.
R.B. stands for Richard or Robert Burton, the pseudonym of Nathaniel Crouch (OCLC, Wing(2)).
