Misbound at the end are five leaves (sig.*1-[5]) of preliminary matter, To the reader incomplete: all after [5*] is wanting. Wanting sig.F10-12, which have been torn out leaving rough stubs. Closely cropped by the binder, with some shaving of the text. The title-leaf is frayed. The frontispiece is laid down. With the signature of, apparently, I Pratt and of John Hutchins.
