First published in [1734] as 'Miscellaneous poems on several occasions'.
The bookseller's name is a pseudonym.
Apparently a reissue or a new edition of'Miscellaneous poems... by Mr [Wm.] Dawson [and others]', 1735 (Case 402, 1735 only); with cancel title-page but identical contents.
The verses by Swift are the reply to his 'Curate's complaint' and the English lines on his deafness (see Teerink 746B and A).
