Description
Prose, sections 1-7, numbered consecutively, p.1-3428. The unnumbered eighth volume, "Verse, section no.1", was published in 1969 between vols. 4 and 5, and allocated estimated pagination, "Pages 5001 to 5672".
Vol. 1 edited by Roger Lancelyn Green, assisted by Alec Mason; all other volumes "collected and edited" by R.E. Harbord, President of the Kipling Society.
Limited edition of 100 numbered copies. Printed for private circulation only, presumably to members of the Kipling Society, to which all the contributors belonged.
Page and line references are to the Macmillan Uniform and Pocket editions of Kipling's works.
Imprint varies: v.5 and v.8 "printed by the Elvy & Gibbs Partnership"; v.6-7 "printed by Boscombe Printers".
