Author's name repeated in manuscript (19th century?) on title-page, as Holiday . Outer margin cropped, affecting title-page (5 letters removed, 3 cut through) and hanging notes on A2v, E2v, H1 and L1v. Bound in calf of c.1800 with the coat of arms (chevrons, escallops) and crest (unicorn's head, coronet) of a Perkins family, possibly of Henry Perkins (1777-1855), book-collector. Signature of James J. Bell, 19th century, on verso of first front flyleaf, and note of edition dates and pressmark (?) in same hand (?) on its recto
