Title-page laid down and defective at centre, evidently as a result of removal of library stamp on verso the word 'with' is added in pen facsimile between 'conqueror' and 'some', where 'and' would have been correct. Library stamp at foot of p.200 also largely cut away, with minor loss to text after repair. Some early MS alterations and additions to text
