Inserted are two contemporary press cuttings, one given the text of Sheet. Omitted in the Life of Johnson (evidently the parody, added in MS. to the Rothschild copy) and the other another parody, Lesson in biography: or, how to write the life of one's friend by Alexander Chalmers. Armorial bookplate of the Marquiss of Donegal, presumably Arthur Chichester, first Marquiss of Donegal, 1739-1799, pasted inside front cover of each volume
