On verso of the last leaf is 'A catalogue of poems, &c. printed and sold by H. Hills'.


P.J. and A.E. Dobell (Catalogue 128) record a copy inscribed: "Wrote by one Bryan a worthy Chaplain to Bp. of Norwich"; sometimes erroneously attributed to Thomas Yalden, the author of The temple of fame, 1700.
