Vol. 2 has title: Miscellanea. The second volume. I. An essay upon gibing. With a project for its improvement. [Anon., by Dean Swift] II. The praise of women. Done out of French. [By Monsieur l'Abbé Bellegarde, translated by S. Macky] III. An essay on the mischief of giving fortunes with women in marriage. IV. Swifteana: or Poems by Dean Swift, and several of his friends. V. Laus Ululae. The praise of owls. [By Conradus Goeddaeus] Translated from the Latin, by a canary bird.

Decorative initials, head- and tailpieces; frontispiece to vol. 1 - engraved portrait of Pope; frontispiece to vol. 2 - engraved portrait of Swift. On the verso of the title page to "Laus ululae" is a small engraving of an owl surrounded by other birds.

Dryden's "Familiar letters to Corinna" (vol. 1) has separate title page but pagination and signatures are continuous; in vol. 2, each of the works named upon the title page also has a separate title page, the "Laus Ululae" has separate pagination.

All copies of vol. 1 appear to be alike; of vol. 2 there are some copies in which the "Laus ululae" is replaced by "Court poems" and "The Elzevir miscellany".
