With additional, prospectus title page which reads: Dialogues concerning eloquence: with a letter to the French Academy, concerning rhetoric and poetry... To which is added, A discourse pronounced by the author at his admission into the Academy; with a new translation of his Dialogues between Demosthenes and Cicero, Virgil and Horace.
Signatures are continuous, but the "Letter" and "Discourse" have separate title pages. Pagination is continuous up to the end of the "Letter", the numeration beginning anew with the title page of the "Discourse". The dialogues between Demosthenes and Cicero, Virgil and Horace (with dropped-head title reading "Dialogues of the dead... [etc.]) begin on p. [13] of the second series. The preceding page (R6v) is blank.
