Description

[7] page catalogue of books printed for William Crook at end.

Signatures: A-F8.

In verse; English (roman type) and Latin (italic) on opposite pages.

Wing H2224 (described as "fourth edition"); Macdonald and Hargreaves 10: state with 6 lines on p. "84". Described by Macdonald and Hargreaves as later than the state with 5 lines. But it is probable that it is the earlier form, afterwards corrected to bring the English into line with the Latin. In this state, "THE END" is in capitals, and p. 82-83 are wrongly numbered 84-85.
