Description
Variant issue, not in Wing? Both Wing-1 and Wing-2 C1783 have imprint reading "... and are to be sold by William Shears": the edition quoted in the British Museum catalogue also gives Shears, but that in NUC has Hope.
Many pages misnumbered or mis-signed; there are no p. 301-2 but text is continuous.
Preliminary address to Philip Herbert, 5th Earl of Pembroke, initialled W. S. [William Shears?]; address to William Herbert, 3rd Earl of Pembroke, and Philip Herbert, Earl of Montgomery and later 4th Earl of Pembroke, signed Leonard Digges, who initials the address To the reader.
L. D. is Leonard Digges.

Upper margins cut close, affecting some headlines and page numbers, including the final one, which is probably misnumbered as 391. Signature of L. Lord on title page.
