Sig. O consists of six leaves, the first two of which are signed. Text ends on O4r, O4v is blank. It is possible that the two unsigned preliminary leaves, carrying the title, dedication and author's note, represent O7 and O8.
Indexed in: Wing B4260. One of three issues in this year, the others having different booksellers' names - R. Clavell and P. Dring respectively - in their imprints. These are Wing B4260A and 4260B respectively - both wrongly dated by him 1655.
