Description

Vol.2 ceased publication at p.318, after the death of the Duke of Norfolk (at whose expense the work was commenced) in 1815. Pp. 319-358 & index, which are found in this copy, were printed later. Additional sheets to complete vol.2 were printed, but not published until 1866, when William Henry Cooke took over the work, issuing a third and a fourth volume, 1882-18. A 5th volume was published by Morgan G. Watkins in 1897.
