Attributed to Lewis by Halkett & Laing (v. 5, p. 187) and DNB (v. 11, p. 1075), which also ascribes the 2 added works to him.
"The danger of the church-establishment of England, from the insolence of Protestant dissenters" (p. [283]-358) and "The anatomy of the heretical synod of dissenters at Salters-Hall" (p. [359]-384) have special title pages with imprint: London : Printed for Charles Rivington, 1720.
With engraved frontispiece containing portraits of the Stuart rulers.
