A revised collective edition of the following: (1) English historical library, first published in 3 parts 1696-99; 2d ed., 1714; (2) The Scotch historical library, 1702; (3) The Irish historical library, 1724. The whole work reissued in a "New edition," 1776.

The letter to Kennett (an answer to Francis Atterbury's attack) is substantially the same as the preface to the Scottish historical library.
