An abstract of Pownall's "Memorial most humbly addressed to the sovereigns of Europe" (1780) ascribed by Sabin and Cushing to Edmund Jenings. Pownall declared it to be an unwarrantable interpretation of his views. cf. Sabin, v. 15, no. 64827.
