Initials of translators, Charles Cotterell & William Aylesbury, form a monogram vignette on t.-p. Full names appear at end of the Epistle dedicatory (to Charles I).
"The continuation and conclusion of the civill warres of France" ([2],409-1478 p.) has special t.-p. with imprint: London : Printed by Ruth Raworth, 1648. are to be sold by Thomas Heath at the signe of the Checker in Russell street, neer the piazza of Convent-Garden."
